Minimum qualifications

Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience.

6 years of experience in management consulting, sales operations, business strategy, investment banking, venture capital, private equity, or corporate advisory, or 4 years of experience with an advanced degree.

Preferred qualifications

MBA degree.

2 years of experience in advertising, consultative sales, business development, or a digital media environment.

2 years of experience creating complex data sets, data modeling, and reporting.

Experience working for technology/media companies or consulting firms.

Excellent problem‑solving, tactical and investigative capabilities, and track record of building trusted relationships with executive stakeholders.

About the Job The Sales Strategy and Operations organization provides business‑critical insights using analytics, ensures cross‑functional alignment of goals and execution, and helps teams drive strategic partnerships and new initiatives forward. In this role, you will lead go‑to‑market strategy and execution across US LCS’s agreements, Agency Video, and Creative Works teams.

Responsibilities

Partner with the MD of APCS YouTube Solutions and their leadership team to develop the go‑to‑market sales strategy across multiple businesses and drive execution across the team.

Drive operational logistics, including optimizing resource allocation across teams, engagement models, managing weekly management meetings, setting KPIs, and measuring progress/identifying opportunities to improve performance.

Identify opportunities to improve team efficiencies, and lead efforts to scale best practices and collaboration across the sectors and partner teams.

Participate in and help steer cross‑functional strategic initiatives, ensuring proper strategy, implementation and adoption.
