Role Summary
This product manager drives strategy, architectures, and operational excellence for a cross‑functional product or enabling platform. The position plans the architectural roadmap, balances innovation with regulatory requirements, and maximizes product profitability. The product manager leads data gathering, experiment studies, market and competitive analysis, and customer discovery to guide data‑driven decision‑making. The role partners with design, data science, and engineering to deliver efficient, engaging products in a fast‑moving environment. Essential Responsibilities
Drive product strategy with cross‑functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision. Plan and implement an architectural roadmap balancing innovative design, technical implementation, regulatory requirements, time‑to‑market, customer needs, and product profitability. Assess the customer experience and customer needs in product requirements and decision making. Set up data gathering mechanisms for metrics that inform product success, including usability studies, research, and market analysis. Lead workstreams that include analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to drive data‑driven decision‑making. Oversee product profitability measures, including budget. Plan operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability, including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews. Interface with product and technology leadership as needed. Partner with content strategists, data scientists, product designers, and user experience researchers. Maximize efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where the process is fluid and creative solutions are standard. Expected Qualifications
8+ years relevant experience and a Bachelor’s degree OR any equivalent combination of education and experience. Preferred Qualifications
Experience in fraud detection, risk management, and compliance within financial services, payments, or credit bureaus is a strong plus. Hands‑on expertise with unitQ and Qualtrics platforms—especially utilizing their fraud detection, quality assurance, and data integrity features for customer experience improvement or risk monitoring—is highly valued. Prior work in the payments domain, including transaction monitoring, payment disputes, or digital payments compliance, will be beneficial. Proven background leveraging Credit Bureau solutions (e.g., credit reporting, dispute management, synthetic fraud prevention, credit risk scoring) specifically focused on risk or fraud use cases is a huge plus. Candidates should demonstrate analytical thinking, attention to detail, and a clear understanding of modern fraud typologies (e.g., first‑party fraud, credit washing, chargeback abuse) as they relate to digital platforms and customer interactions. Compensation
The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $169,500 to $291,500. Compensation may include an annual performance bonus (or other incentive compensation, as applicable), equity, and medical, dental, vision, and other benefits. For more information, visit
