We’re seeking an experienced Senior Lead Product Manager to drive the strategy, vision, and execution of PayPal’s Developer Data Platform. This platform measures and improves developer productivity across the organization, empowering engineers, managers, and leaders to accelerate delivery and enhance quality. You will collaborate across engineering, data science, and developer productivity teams to define the architectural and product roadmap, balancing innovative design with regulatory requirements, customer needs, and product profitability. You’ll establish mechanisms to measure product success through usability studies, analytics, and market analysis while leading operational reviews and partnering with experts to ensure efficient execution in a dynamic environment. This is a high-impact individual contributor role, where you will directly influence the future of engineering excellence at PayPal. Essential Responsibilities

Drives product strategy with cross-functional stakeholders consistent with the shared vision for the product. Plans and implements the architectural roadmap that balances innovative design and technical implementation with regulatory requirements, time-to-market, customer needs, and profitability. Assesses customer experience and needs in product requirements and decision making. Sets up data gathering mechanisms and metrics to inform product success, including usability studies, research, and market analysis. Leads workstreams for analytics, customer discovery, market research, and competitive analysis to drive data-driven decision-making. Oversees product profitability measures and budget. Plans operational mechanisms that drive execution and accountability, including Product Reviews, Operating Reviews, and Business Reviews; interfaces with product leadership as needed. Partners with content strategists, data scientists, product designers, and user experience researchers. Maximizes efficiency in a constantly evolving environment where creative solutions are standard. Qualifications

Minimum of 12 years of relevant work experience and a Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience. Proven success in defining and delivering enterprise-scale platform or data products. Familiarity with developer productivity metrics (DORA, SPACE) and engineering excellence practices. Strong understanding of software development lifecycles and developer experience needs. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to influence and align diverse stakeholders. Strong analytical, market research, and financial acumen. Additional Information

The U.S. national annual pay range for this role is $169,500 to $291,500. PayPal does not charge candidates any fees for courses, applications, resume reviews, interviews, background checks, or onboarding.
