Enterprise Account Executive - Cybersecurity Startup Base Pay Range:

$125,000.00/yr - $150,000.00/yr

OTE:

$250,000 - $300,000 (50/50 split)

Location:

Remote – East Coast only

Key Responsibilities

Own and drive end-to-end sales cycles: from pipeline generation, qualification, discovery to negotiation and closing.

Partner with Sales Development Representatives (SDRs) to generate pipeline through targeted outreach, events, and campaigns.

Build deep relationships with CISOs, VPs of Security, and senior technical stakeholders, articulating business value as well as technical differentiation.

Consistently meet or exceed quota with a priority of closing new business as well as expanding existing accounts.

Represent the company at regional events, trade shows, and security community meetups.

What We’re Looking For

3+ years of experience in enterprise SaaS or cybersecurity sales, preferably with exposure to offensive security, penetration testing, red teaming, attack surface management or adjacent technology space.

Track record of quota attainment and consistent overachievement.

Strong hunter mentality with ability to generate pipeline, manage complex sales cycles, and close deals with multiple stakeholders.

Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills; ability to simplify technical concepts into business value.

Start up mentality; has worked in a fast‑paced environment and can operate independently.

Passion for cybersecurity and genuine curiosity about attacker mindset and emerging threats.

Based on the East Coast with willingness to travel within territory.
