Senior Solution Advisor – SAP Finance, BRIM or CPQ Domain Expert
Location: Anywhere in the US near an SAP office.
Job Overview: Senior Solution Advisor aligns SAP Finance, BRIM, and CPQ solutions with customer needs, drives demand, secures bookings, and fosters adoption.
Responsibilities
Lead high-impact demand generation initiatives, including executive briefings and workshops to build a robust pipeline for SAP Finance, BRIM, and CPQ solutions.
Engage C-level stakeholders (CFOs, CIOs, CROs, VPs of Sales or Billing) to establish trust, articulate SAP’s value proposition, and align Finance, BRIM, and CPQ solutions with customer priorities.
Qualify high-potential deals and guide them through the sales cycle, leveraging 1:1 and 1:M strategies to secure closures and maximize revenue.
Foster strong post-sale relationships with customers to ensure successful adoption of SAP Finance, BRIM, and CPQ solutions, driving long-term satisfaction and expansion opportunities.
Design and deliver Value Exploration Workshops and Finance, BRIM/CPQ-focused sessions to showcase SAP’s capabilities and address customer pain points.
Collaborate with account teams to align SAP Finance, BRIM, and CPQ solutions with customer business strategies, addressing complex subscription and billing challenges and demonstrating SAP’s unique value.
Challenge customers with innovative perspectives, teach best practices, and pitch SAP Finance, BRIM, and CPQ process optimizations to drive transformation and inspire proactive growth.
Serve as a go-to expert, coaching and mentoring sales teams and junior Solution Advisors, and contributing to Voice of the Field initiatives to shape SAP’s product and go-to-market strategies.
Drive measurable outcomes across revenue, renewals, and customer adoption, ensuring a lasting impact on SAP’s Finance, BRIM, and CPQ solution portfolio.
Help create a collaborative environment where partners feel valued, supported, and empowered to contribute their unique expertise and resources to our joint success.
Qualifications
10+ years in enterprise software sales, solution advisory, or consulting related to SAP finance, billing, revenue management, or CPQ, with a proven track record of engaging C-level executives and driving multi-million-dollar deals.
Deep knowledge of SAP Finance solutions, subscription and usage-based billing processes, revenue management, and CPQ workflows, with expertise in key industries (e.g., telecommunications, high-tech, media).
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex SAP Finance BRIM and CPQ solutions to diverse audiences.
Strong analytical and problem‑solving abilities to address customer challenges and align solutions with strategic goals.
Proven leadership in coaching, mentoring, and teaching sales teams or peers.
Ability to deliver compelling workshops, events, and pitches that inspire action.
Established personal brand as a trusted advisor in SAP Finance, BRIM, and CPQ domain.
Proactive, innovative mindset with a passion for challenging the status quo.
Collaborative team player with the ability to influence cross‑functional stakeholders.
Proven experience with SAP Finance, BRIM, and CPQ solutions or comparable enterprise billing and pricing platforms.
Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; MBA or advanced degree preferred.
Travel: Willingness to travel 25%–50% for customer engagements, events, and internal meetings.
Compensation Range: $137,300 – $294,000 (USD).
