Role Description This is a full-time on-site role for an Executive Chef. The Executive Chef will be responsible for overseeing kitchen operations, menu planning, and creating innovative dishes. Daily tasks will include managing kitchen staff, ensuring quality control, maintaining inventory, and ensuring health and safety regulations are followed. The Executive Chef will also collaborate with management to deliver an exceptional dining experience for our customers.
Qualifications
Experience in kitchen operations and staff management
Strong culinary skills in menu planning and dish creation
Knowledge in inventory management and quality control
Familiarity with health and safety regulations in the food industry
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment
Formal culinary training or related certification is a plus
Previous experience in Japanese-Peruvian fusion cuisine is an advantage
