Belay Technologies seeks an Automation System Engineer (SE3) to join our intel team. Your role will be performing as an analyst/developer with strong Python skills, executing on a broad range of mission‑critical tasks that will have you touching every aspect of the development life cycles of a new tool or plugin. You will design, develop and maintain Python based automations, conduct vulnerability research, and perform analysis of technical data. You will also develop and document new tradecraft and perform customer outreach.

Requirements
TS/SCI with full poly required
12 years of experience, B.S. in a technical discipline or 4 additional years in lieu of degree
Qualifications
Strong Python experience
Data parsing/manipulation
Networking knowledge and protocols
Experience with open‑source research
Knowledge of end‑to‑end SIGINT collection and analysis systems
Familiarity with Git
Atlassian tools (Jira, Confluence)
Desirable Skills
DNEA/EA background
Experience with production CNO capabilities and operations
