Data Analyst Job at Charter Solutions in Minneapolis

Charter Solutions is seeking a detail-oriented and analytical Data Analyst to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for collecting, processing, and performing statistical analyses on large datasets to help drive strategic decisions across the organization. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their data needs and translate complex data into actionable insights.

Responsibilities

• Collect, clean, and validate data from multiple sources to ensure accuracy and consistency
• Analyze data to identify trends, patterns, and key insights
• Develop and maintain dashboards and reports using tools such as Power BI, Tableau, or Excel
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to support business decisions with data-driven insights
• Design and implement experiments (A/B testing) and interpret results
• Communicate findings clearly to both technical and non-technical stakeholders
• Support data governance and ensure data integrity and security
• Automate repetitive tasks and reporting processes where possible
• Understand the day-to-day issues that our business faces, which can be better understood with data
• Compile and analyze data related to business' issues
• Develop clear visualizations to convey complicated data in a straightforward fashion

Qualifications

• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Statistics or Applied Mathematics or equivalent experience
• 1–3 years of experience in a data analyst or similar role
• Proficiency in SQL for data querying
• Experience with data visualization tools (e.g., Tableau, Power BI, Looker)
• Strong Excel skills and familiarity with advanced functions
• Knowledge of statistical analysis and tools (e.g., Python, R) is a plus
