Analyst, Data Intelligence
We are seeking an Analyst, Data Intelligence to join our Data Intelligence team at The Lacek Group, a collection of bright, passionate, intellectually curious people working on the leading edge of customer engagement. Help our clients build longer‑lasting, more profitable customer relationships through data‑driven insight and actionable analysis.
Responsibilities
- Deeply understand client customer data, measuring campaign performance and analyzing customer data for client, account, and strategy teams.
- Perform extensive customer profiling and data mining using analytical tools to extract actionable information and provide key business insights and findings from customer data.
- Create clear, concise presentations with results for both technical and non‑technical audiences.
- Support peers with code peer reviews and query auditing for campaigns and analysis.
- Manage multiple projects and deliverables, ensuring timely and accurate execution.
- Document business rules, requirements, and methodologies, translating client needs into data outputs supporting personalized marketing interactions.
- Design and execute meaningful reporting packages and campaign processes to increase efficiency and client value.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience; 2+ years of relevant experience, or a Master’s degree in a relevant field.
- Preferred experience with Salesforce Marketing Cloud, Power BI, and Databricks.
- Self‑motivated, independent, and collaborative team player.
- Strong analytical mindset, continuous improvement orientation, and initiative.
- Excellent communication, time management, and quality orientation skills.
Benefits & Location
This position is hybrid, with an expectation to be onsite in our downtown Minneapolis, MN office 10x a month. Minneapolis, MN 55402.
Pay Range
$35,000 – $75,000 USD.
