Receptionist Details:
Put your excellent customer service skills to work at Snell & Wilmer, one of the largest and most prestigious law firms in the Western United States. We currently have an opening for a Receptionist role in our Dallas office.

The hours for this position are Monday through Friday 8:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. in the office.
Position responsibilities include, but are not limited to the following:
- Answer all phone calls promptly and courteously and take accurate and complete messages
- Greet visitors and announce their arrival by notifying appropriate personnel
- Escort or direct visitors and clients to conference rooms as appropriate
- Monitor visitors and vendors for security purposes and understand security procedures
- Receive and answer various requests promptly, including requests for services, records, and unknown mail
- Represent the Firm’s professional image by maintaining a neat and organized appearance in the main lobby and surrounding areas
- Manage and initiate all catering orders
- Maintain conference room and administration calendars
- Assist in coordinating office events, meetings, and conferences
- Process invoices and maintain organized records of credit card transactions for internal administrative departments
- Maintain the office library by distributing materials, replacing outdated editions, and keeping track of periodicals
Experience and Qualifications:
- At least 2 years of experience in an office professional environment
- Essential to have a professional appearance, enthusiastic attitude, and clear and courteous telephone voice
- Communicate clearly, tactfully, and professionally with all lawyers, other employees and visitors to the office
- Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines
- Ability to work under pressure, respond quickly to changing demands and be self-motivated with ability to work independently as well as part of a team
- Proactive problem solver with proven ability to provide thoughtful solutions with ease
- Basic computer skills and Microsoft Office Suite (Outlook, Word and Excel)
- Position may be physical at times and requires walking with a food cart, bending, lifting, and standing and ability to lift/carry up to 50 pounds
