Key Responsibilities

• Lead end-to-end recruiting for multiple open roles, including job postings and onboarding
• Collaborate with hiring managers to manage application tracking and support workforce expansion projects
• Assist with HR initiatives, including employee relations, policy guidance, and maintaining HR documentation

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field, with 3+ years of HR generalist or recruiting experience
• Proven ability to manage multiple open positions and adjust priorities in a dynamic environment
• Experience collaborating across departments and with diverse teams
• Familiarity with HRIS systems and awareness of employment law and union environments are beneficial
• Highly organized and able to handle sensitive matters with discretion
