Position Overview

We are seeking a motivated Associate, Accounting to manage financial operations for private equity fund entities in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. This role focuses on preparing financial statements, performing quarterly closings, and supporting stakeholder reporting using fund accounting software. The ideal candidate is tech-savvy, self-motivated, and eager to leverage technology to enhance financial processes.

Key Responsibilities

• Prepare financial statements for fund entities, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow reports, using fund accounting software.
• Execute quarterly closings, process journal entries, and prepare capital account summaries for internal stakeholders.
• Manage capital calls, distributions, and cash flow estimates for investment activities, ensuring accurate financial tracking.
• Support annual audits and enhance reporting processes by implementing technology-driven solutions for efficiency and accuracy.

Requirements and Skills

• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Accounting or Finance.
• 3+ years of accounting experience, preferably in financial services or public accounting.
• Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial reporting.
• Proficiency in fund accounting software and Microsoft Excel.
