$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

  • Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
  • Lead and manage a team of accountants.
  • Conduct regular financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision‑making.
  • Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
  • Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
  • Assist with the implementation of accounting systems and processes.
  • Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and leadership/management experience.
  • Strong knowledge of financial concepts, principles, and practices.
  • (Previous manufacturing experience is a big plus).
