$100,000.00/yr - $110,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- Prepare and analyze financial statements, including balance sheets, income statements, and cash flow statements.
- Lead and manage a team of accountants.
- Conduct regular financial forecasting and budgeting to support strategic decision‑making.
- Manage accounts receivable and accounts payable processes.
- Perform monthly, quarterly, and annual closing procedures.
- Assist with the implementation of accounting systems and processes.
- Provide guidance and support to junior accounting staff.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting required.
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in accounting and leadership/management experience.
- Strong knowledge of financial concepts, principles, and practices.
- (Previous manufacturing experience is a big plus).
