Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr – $140,000.00/yr

Responsibilities

• The Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing and reviewing the month‑end close process, creating efficiencies and accountability.
• Streamlining existing AP/AR and vendor management processes to maximize efficiencies.
• Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidated reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
• Analyzing complex financial and operating information to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management.
• Partnering with and supporting cross‑functional teams with problem‑solving and analysis.
• Preparing high‑quality dashboards, summaries, and presentations for management executives and stakeholders.
• Performing ad hoc special projects as needed.

What We’re Looking For

• BA/BS Accounting or Finance
• 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on professional services, reporting, and analysis. Public accounting experience preferred.
• Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
• Exceptional communication skills and the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights.
• Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Microsoft Suite is preferred.
