Base pay range: $125,000.00/yr – $140,000.00/yr

Responsibilities
- The Assistant Controller/Accounting Manager will be responsible for preparing and reviewing the month‑end close process, creating efficiencies and accountability.
- Streamlining existing AP/AR and vendor management processes to maximize efficiencies.
- Preparing monthly, quarterly, and annual financial consolidated reporting packages for internal and external stakeholders.
- Analyzing complex financial and operating information to provide accurate and timely recommendations to management.
- Partnering with and supporting cross‑functional teams with problem‑solving and analysis.
- Preparing high‑quality dashboards, summaries, and presentations for management executives and stakeholders.
- Performing ad hoc special projects as needed.
What We’re Looking For
- BA/BS Accounting or Finance
- 5+ years of experience in accounting and finance, with a focus on professional services, reporting, and analysis. Public accounting experience preferred.
- Strong proficiency in Excel and PowerPoint.
- Exceptional communication skills and the ability to turn numbers into actionable insights.
- Experience with QuickBooks, Salesforce, and Microsoft Suite is preferred.
