As the Growth Marketing Manager (Paid Channels), you’ll lead acquisition and performance strategy across Meta, Google, YouTube, influencers, and emerging digital platforms. You’ll own the full funnel — from awareness to retention — optimizing campaigns with data, creativity, and automation to deliver tangible business impact.
Key Responsibilities
Plan and execute multi-channel paid media campaigns to drive acquisition and engagement. Manage budgets, optimize performance, and measure ROI across channels. Lead testing across creatives, targeting, and conversion flows to maximize CAC efficiency and ROAS. Partner with data science and engineering to develop AI-powered optimization and automation frameworks. Collaborate cross-functionally with product and design to ensure consistent brand and user experience. Ideal Candidate
5–7 years in paid acquisition or growth marketing, ideally within consumer or marketplace environments. Deep understanding of performance metrics, attribution, and optimization. Experience with large-scale media budgets and advanced analytics tools. Skilled in A/B testing, automation, and AI-driven marketing systems.
