Responsibilities

• Model excellent customer experience and engage with all customers.
• Maintain a clean, organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Accurately ring purchases/returns, process changes, and promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Follow merchandising philosophy and procedures, prepare merchandise for the sales floor, and participate in store recovery and maintenance.
• Support and participate in shrink reduction goals, safety awareness, and store recovery initiatives.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

• Excellent customer service skills.
• Flexible schedule to support business needs.
• Strong communication, organizational, and attention-to-detail skills.
• Capability to multitask and respond to changes in direction or unexpected situations.
• Ability to lift heavy objects with or without reasonable accommodation.
• Retail customer experience preferred.
