Compensation Base pay range: $65.00/hr – $68.00/hr (actual pay based on skills and experience). Starting Rate: $65 – $68.

Job Responsibilities
Provide pediatric therapy services and/or evaluations to children aged birth to 21 years in natural settings.
Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to facilitate active involvement and carry-over.
Work in diverse settings such as client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and community settings.
Follow the unique therapy plan established for a family/child, plan for ongoing treatment and address identified goals while documenting progress.
Prepare progress reports as indicated.
Maintain child records and confidentiality of information regarding children and families (in accordance with HIPAA, state and federal regulations). Required records must be submitted within the established timelines.
Requirements
Passion for working with children and families.
One of the following NYS certifications/licenses:
Students with Disabilities (Birth 2) Initial or Professional Certification
Permanent Special Education Certification
TSHH Permanent Certification
TSLD Initial or Professional Certification
NYS School Psychologist Provisional or Permanent Certification
NYS Licensed Master Social Worker
NYS Licensed Clinical Social Worker
Self-motivated, team player exercising patience and professionalism.
Fluency in a language other than English is a plus.
Physical Requirements
Travel to assigned cases, including driving personal vehicle, walking, or using public transportation.
Ascend and descend staircases.
Lift 10 pounds regularly.
Sit on the floor, kneel and/or crawl for extended periods.
