Position Overview
Occupational Therapist – Hudson Valley, NY. Join Achieve Beyond to provide pediatric therapy services in homes, community, and clinic settings. Contribute to a culture of collaboration, support, and ethical service delivery. Base pay range: $63.00/hr – $86.00/hr. Responsibilities
Provide pediatric therapy services and evaluations to children aged birth to 21 years in natural settings. Educate families and caregivers on intervention strategies to support active involvement and carry‑over. Work across diverse settings including client homes, daycare homes/centers, preschools, clinics, and community settings. Follow individualized therapy plans, address goals, and document progress. Prepare progress reports and maintain confidential child records in accordance with HIPAA and state/federal regulations. Qualifications
Licensed Occupational Therapist in New York State (NY‑OT). 1–2 years of experience working with children (birth to 21 years) preferred but not required. Self‑motivated team player with patience, professionalism, and passion for working with children and families. Fluency in a language other than English is a plus. Benefits
