What You’ll Do Lead and mentor Level 1 and Level 2 engineers, developing their skills and ensuring consistent service delivery Serve as the escalation point for advanced issues across servers, networks, and cloud environments Design and implement projects that enhance client security, performance, and scalability Manage and optimize Microsoft Azure environments for cost efficiency, compliance, and security Oversee endpoint management and security using tools like Intune and Active Directory Collaborate directly with clients to maintain strong relationships and align IT operations with business goals Promote technical best practices and documentation standards across the team What You Bring 5+ years of experience in IT support, systems administration, or cloud engineering within an MSP environment Hands‑on experience with Microsoft 365, Azure, Intune, and Windows Server environments Strong leadership and mentorship skills, with a track record of guiding or coaching junior engineers Solid project experience (e.g., migrations, infrastructure upgrades, or security improvements) Ability to manage multiple client environments and balance priorities effectively Excellent communication skills and a collaborative, service‑minded approach Why You’ll Love It Competitive salary: $100K–$115K + bonus opportunities Hybrid schedule: 4 days onsite, 1 day remote 401(k) with company match, plus medical, dental, vision, and parental leave Generous PTO and paid holidays Ongoing certification support and reimbursement—grow your skills on company time Supportive, people‑first culture focused on learning, mentorship, and collaboration Base pay range
