Base pay range $125,000.00/yr - $135,000.00/yr

You’ll manage a portfolio of clients, deliver IT roadmaps, and actively implement solutions across Microsoft 365, Azure, security, and backup/DR. This isn’t just a “desk job— you’ll roll up your sleeves on technical initiatives while guiding clients and collaborating with internal teams.
What You’ll Do
Manage 10–15 client accounts, growing to 20, and act as the primary technical advisor
Lead QBRs, lifecycle planning, and IT roadmap creation tied to business goals
Implement and optimize Microsoft 365, Azure, backup/DR, and security solutions
Provide hands‑on support and resolve escalations as they arise
Collaborate with Projects, Infrastructure, and Sales teams to deliver initiatives end‑to‑end
Maintain thorough documentation and ensure clients understand recommendations
What You Bring
MSP experience as a TAM, vCIO, or consultative engineer
Deep understanding of Microsoft 365, Azure, identity, security, and backup/DR
Experience delivering QBRs and translating technical solutions into business value
Strong communication and consultative skills for executive‑facing discussions
Familiarity with Autotask PSA, Datto RMM, or Kaseya SOC/NOC
Regulated client experience is a plus
