Knowledge of databases and SQL
Strong communication, problem-solving, and analytical skills
Ability to manage multiple projects with strict deadlines
How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications):
Experience in the Human Capital Management space
Familiarity with JavaScript or another object-oriented programming language
Experience with complex software configuration
Military experience demonstrating teamwork, adaptability, and organization
