A well-established CPA firm is seeking an experienced

Tax Supervisor

to join its

Private Client Practice . The ideal candidate will have a strong background in providing comprehensive tax services to high-net-worth individuals, families, trusts, estates, private foundations, and family investment partnerships. You’ll play a key role in managing client relationships, overseeing complex tax compliance, and delivering proactive, strategic tax planning to help clients achieve their financial objectives.

Key Responsibilities

Serve as a point of contact for high-net-worth clients and family offices, building trusted, long-term relationships.

Oversee the preparation and review of complex tax returns for individuals, trusts, estates, gifts, foundations, and partnerships.

Understand clients’ financial goals and provide customized tax planning and advisory services.

Ensure compliance with federal, state, and local tax laws and regulations.

Analyze clients’ financial situations to identify tax-saving opportunities and minimize liabilities.

Supervise, train, and mentor junior staff, fostering technical growth and professional development.

Collaborate with partners and senior leadership to enhance processes and develop staff training programs.

Stay current with changes in tax legislation and assess their impact on client strategies.

Conduct research on complex tax issues and deliver innovative, practical solutions.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.

CPA certification preferred.

4+ years of experience in tax compliance and advisory services for high-net-worth individuals and families.

Strong knowledge of federal, state, and local tax regulations.

Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.

Proven ability to manage multiple client relationships effectively.

Proficiency in tax software and Microsoft Office Suite.
