Position Overview The ideal candidate is a
creative and strategic social media professional
with strong project management skills, a collaborative mindset, and the ability to manage multiple campaigns simultaneously. This individual will act as a key liaison between internal teams, external agencies, and talent partners, ensuring the delivery of engaging, high-quality social campaigns that align with brand objectives and drive audience engagement.
Key Responsibilities
Lead social media campaigns for multiple original content titles, including strategy development, creative execution, and community management.
Oversee external agency partners to ensure the creation and execution of innovative, best-in‑class campaigns from concept through fan engagement.
Collaborate cross‑functionally with teams such as Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, and Research to maintain alignment across initiatives.
Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, representatives, and production partners, serving as a central point of contact for social deliverables.
Partner with talent to capture, curate, and publish engaging social content.
Drive both organic and paid social strategies to increase reach, engagement, and earned media.
Track and analyze performance metrics, providing actionable insights to improve future campaigns.
Present social strategies, creative concepts, and campaign performance to senior stakeholders.
Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met with accuracy and clear communication.
Basic Qualifications
3–5+ years of professional experience in
social media marketing
within the
entertainment, streaming, or studio
environment.
Strong interpersonal, collaboration, and leadership skills with the ability to guide cross‑functional teams.
Proven creative sensibility and a strong strategic perspective.
Experience managing external partners, agencies, and talent with minimal oversight.
Demonstrated success in
growing and engaging audiences
across multiple platforms.
Deep understanding of
entertainment marketing trends , social media best practices, and audience behavior.
Skilled in
presenting campaigns and results
to internal executives and external stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with
comedy, stand‑up, or scripted entertainment
campaigns.
Excellent project and time management skills with the ability to balance multiple priorities.
Strong communication, presentation, and organizational skills.
Adaptable, detail‑oriented, and capable of thriving in a fast‑paced environment.
