Responsibilities
Lead multiple social marketing campaigns from strategy through execution, including creative development and community management.
Manage external agencies to ensure best-in-class social media campaigns and fan engagement.
Collaborate cross-functionally with Marketing, PR, Creative, Media, Events, Brand, and Research teams to align on campaign goals and messaging.
Build and maintain strong relationships with talent, reps, and studio partners, overseeing all social-related deliverables.
Analyze performance metrics, providing insights and recommendations to optimize results.
Requirements
3–5+ years of social media marketing experience within entertainment, streaming, or studio environments.
Strong creative instincts with a proven ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage agencies or talent independently.
Deep understanding of social media trends, platform best practices, and audience behavior.
Track record of growing social followings and executing data-driven campaigns.
Confident presenter with experience delivering results to both executive and talent stakeholders.
