Key Responsibilities
Manage multiple social marketing campaigns involving community engagement, creative oversight, and strategy.
Collaborate with external agencies to deliver best-in-class campaigns from production through fan engagement.
Work cross-functionally with marketing, PR, creative, media, events, brand marketing, and research teams.
Develop and maintain strong relationships with talent, reps, and studio partners.
Drive organic and paid social strategies to deepen audience engagement and earned media.
Analyze campaign performance and recommend improvements.
Present results regularly to leadership and stakeholders.
Basic Qualifications
3+ years of social media marketing experience in a streaming or studio environment.
Detail-oriented with strong organizational and time management skills.
Strong creative problem-solving skills and point of view.
Experience managing external agencies and talent independently.
Proficiency with major social platforms and analytics.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Preferred Qualifications
Background in creative content development.
Experience with tools like Outlook, Airtable, and Google Workspace.
