West Ashley Worship Leader
Seacoast Church, West Ashley Campus. Hours: Full‑time, 40 hours per week. Reports to Campus Pastor.
Mission Seacoast Worship creates music that reveals God's heart and leads others into His presence.
Key Responsibilities
Leadership: Inspire and develop a worship and production team of volunteers and occasional staff.
Primary Worship Leader: Craft authentic worship for weekly services and special events, ensuring powerful moments of God.
Planning: Insert weekly sets in Planning Center 4‑5 weeks in advance, provide key resources and confirm availability.
Operational: Manage set‑up/tear‑down, stage organization and oversee AVL systems and production areas.
Technical: Program and troubleshoot Ableton, ProPresenter, lighting and audio consoles; assist central tech team.
Production Meetings: Lead meeting with Campus Pastor, production and worship before each weekend.
Special Services: Lead worship for Christmas, Easter, conferences, All‑Staff meetings, weddings, funerals and other events.
Team Leader: Mentor and develop the worship team, meet with Campus Pastor, attend staff meetings, recruit and train musicians and volunteers.
Administrative Duties: Create worship team budget, monitor musician hours, submit weekly/monthly leader checklist.
Qualifications
At least 2 years of relevant experience leading a worship team.
Exceptional musical/vocal talent and ability to lead from an instrument.
Excellent public speaking and conflict‑resolution skills.
Strong spiritual and cultural values aligned with Seacoast.
Proficiency in Ableton, ProPresenter, lighting and digital audio consoles.
Committed to ongoing personal and team development.
