Employer Industry: Connectivity Solutions Why consider this job opportunity: Salary up to $152,100 Hybrid and remote work options available Comprehensive benefits package, including health/dental/vision insurance, retirement plans, and paid vacation Opportunities for professional development and career progression Collaborative work environment focused on diversity, equity, inclusion, and sustainability Chance to work on innovative projects that shape the future of connectivity What to Expect (Job Responsibilities): Drive the implementation of SAP S/4 for Finance and Controlling processes, including integration with 3rd party applications Collaborate with business and IT teams to develop a roadmap for migrating from legacy ERP systems to SAP S/4 Gather and document business requirements for SAP Finance and Controlling, translating them into technical specifications Analyze legacy ERP data to identify quality issues and develop data migration strategies for Finance and Controlling processes Develop and execute testing and quality assurance plans to ensure the accuracy of SAP S/4 implementations What is Required (Qualifications): Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field; a master's degree or MBA is highly preferred Minimum of 10 years of experience in IT with a focus on FICO functions and hands-on experience with SAP S/4 FICO core modules In-depth knowledge of Finance processes within SAP, including General Ledger, Accounts Payable and Receivables, and Controlling functions Proven experience in SAP S/4 implementations, including project planning, data migration, and user training Strong communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate effectively with stakeholders at all levels How to Stand Out (Preferred Qualifications): Familiarity with legacy ERP systems and experience in migrating to SAP S/4, particularly GL migration using cFIN Professional certifications such as SAP certifications in FI/CO and relevant IT certifications (e.g., ITIL, PMP) Experience with Central Finance and integrations with applications like High Radius and Vertex Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to identify and resolve complex financial data integration issues We prioritize candidate privacy and champion equal-opportunity employment.
