Senior Property Controller High Profile Leader
Base pay range: $150,000.00/yr - $200,000.00/yr
Coda Search is partnering with an Industrial RE Investment Manager located in New Jersey. This is a highly reputable growing firm. The team is seeking to hire a Senior Property Controller who will be responsible for overseeing a team as well as their own portfolios of commercial properties preparing the monthly/quarterly financial statements, CAM reconciliations, budgets, forecasts and leading the annual audit. Will work closely with the asset managers and leasing specialist and overseeing all aspects of the property from start to finish.

Responsibilities
Prepare the monthly/quarterly financial statements
Lead and manage the month end close overseeing the balance sheet/P&L reconciliations and monthly accruals
Manage the GL and prepare any adjusting entries
Review cash applications for approval
Prepare the CAM reconciliations
Prepare budgets/forecasts for each entity
Oversee the annual audit
Qualifications
Bachelors in Accounting/Finance or Business
CPA with Public accounting experience
6+ years of real estate/construction experience
Advanced excel skills (vlookups/pivots)
Prior experience with CAM reconciliations
Seniority level Mid-Senior level
