Territory Account Executive – D.C. Metro
Join DoorDash as a field sales representative focused on acquiring new restaurant partners in the D.C. metro area. The role is a hybrid of travel and remote work.
About The Team The Outside Sales team builds deep partnerships with local and regional restaurants. We drive new merchant growth and strengthen operations, accelerate consumer growth, and improve the bottom line.
About The Role As a Regional Merchant Lead, you will prospect, meet, and close partnerships with restaurants, selling DoorDash products and services while uncovering pain points. You’ll report to sales leadership and grow your career to the next level.
Responsibilities
Prospect and close new restaurant partnerships within a transactional deal cycle.
Sell DoorDash products and negotiate revenue share agreements.
Use creative outreach strategies to generate qualified leads.
Collaborate with sales leadership and operations to share insights.
Mentor teammates and serve as a role model.
Travel up to 50% to meet merchants.
Qualifications
2+ years closing sales experience in a transactional deal cycle.
Experience exceeding sales goals.
Proven ability to sell multi‑product solutions.
Strong creative sales tactics and prospect engagement.
Experience using CRM (Salesforce) and Google Apps.
