Head of Growth Marketing – Silk
We are seeking a strategic and results‑driven Head of Growth Marketing to lead demand generation, field marketing, corporate events, account‑based marketing (ABM), and channel marketing functions. This leader will partner closely with sales, product, and executive leadership to design and execute multi‑channel programs that deliver measurable business outcomes.
How you will make an impact
Demand Generation & Growth
Own the global demand generation strategy and execution to deliver qualified pipeline for sales. Design integrated campaigns across digital, content, and outbound channels to accelerate growth. Establish and manage key KPIs for lead quality, funnel conversion, and ROI. Field Marketing
Develop region‑specific marketing strategies to support local sales teams and partner ecosystems. Deliver targeted programs including regional campaigns, workshops, and customer meetups. Enable sales with localized collateral, case studies, and account intelligence. Corporate Events & Experiences
Lead strategy and execution for flagship corporate events, trade shows, and industry conferences. Ensure consistent brand presence, thought leadership, and measurable pipeline impact from events. Innovate hybrid and digital event strategies to maximize engagement. Account‑Based Marketing (ABM)
Partner with enterprise sales to identify target accounts and design tailored ABM programs. Deploy personalized campaigns that drive engagement, influence opportunities, and accelerate deal velocity. Measure and optimize ABM effectiveness with account‑level insights. Channel & Partner Marketing
Build and scale partner marketing programs that drive joint pipeline with strategic alliances, resellers, and technology partners. Co‑develop campaigns, events, and enablement programs with channel partners. Track and report on partner‑influenced and partner‑sourced revenue. Leadership & Team Development
Collaborate cross‑functionally with sales, product, customer success, and brand teams. Build a data‑driven culture focused on experimentation, measurement, and continuous improvement. You will excel at this role
10+ years of progressive B2B marketing experience, with at least 5+ years leading growth/demand gen functions in high‑growth enterprise SaaS companies. Proven track record in building scalable demand generation engines that deliver consistent pipeline. Expertise across demand gen, ABM, events, field, and channel marketing. Strong analytical mindset: ability to interpret data and optimize programs for performance. Excellent leadership, communication, and executive presence. Experience working closely with enterprise sales teams and aligning marketing strategies to revenue goals. What success looks like
