Role As the SDR Manager for Acquisition.com, you are a key stakeholder responsible for driving all revenue for the acquisition’s rapidly growing Advisory Practice. This isn’t just about leading sales; it’s about aiding us to achieve our mission to make real business education available to everyone. You’ll drive warm outbound sales efforts leading our fast‑growing sales development team while working directly with our Advisory Practice team and coaching future leaders.
Responsibilities
Lead daily SDR huddle & daily office hours to coach SDRs.
Hold weekly 1:1s to coach, review metrics and support the team.
Review game‑tape weekly to spot trends and give reps feedback.
Drive sales team culture through proper expectations and constant reinforcement.
Diligently track all stats and data for the SDR team.
Ensure each SDR manages leads efficiently and effectively.
Ensure all SDRs properly use CRM and other tech.
Monitor hand‑off between SDRs and the BC team to ensure a smooth transition.
Create and maintain resources for streamlined, consistent communication.
Oversee day‑to‑day SDR team efforts.
Contribute to short‑ and long‑term organizational planning and strategies with DoS and SM.
Collaborate with SM and DoS to develop/maintain departmental SOPs and ensure adherence.
Assist in HR tasks (hiring/firing decisions, onboarding, training, time‑card approvals).
Assist SM and DoS on AD‑hoc requests and various projects.
Maintain vigilance of emerging patterns of feedback from clients or prospects and present to SM and DoS.
Identify automation and AI integration opportunities for the Sales Department and propose changes to SM and DoS.
Ensure all SDR team members follow internal communication cycles.
Results
All new SDR hires are fully trained and onboarded efficiently.
Maintain an 80% show rate for set calls and 30% close rate.
Each SDR hits a minimum of 4 sets per day.
The SDR team feels supported and has clear daily roles.
All necessary information is communicated to SM and affected departments timely.
All SDR team members properly follow internal communication cycles.
Customers consistently experience quality from all SDR team members.
DoS has full transparency into daily metrics and team performance.
Daily shadowing sessions are conducted with feedback based on results.
All projects are addressed/managed timely with clear expectations and due dates.
Requirements
Available between 8‑5 PT M‑S.
Able to make autonomous decisions.
Experience with data analysis & sales projection.
Able to adapt to changes quickly.
Experienced in managing 8‑10 SDRs.
Experience with B2B Sales (5‑7 years).
Experience with sales management (2+ years).
Excellent internal & external communication skills, written & verbal.
Excellent leadership skills.
Self‑directed.
Exceptional time management skills.
Location Las Vegas, Nevada (Onsite highly preferred). Open to Remote, USA + Travel. If remote, must live in AZ, CA, FL, GA, IN, MD, MI, MN, NV, OR, PA, TN, TX, or UT.
Relocation Package
$10,000 – $15,000 in relocation support + 3 months of temp housing (capped at $10 k).
Compensation
$93,000 – $140,000 per year + commission
OTE $180,000 – $220,000
Salary range may include multiple levels applicable to the position. Final salary based on level, prior experience, skills, and expertise. This range includes base salary, not benefits.
