We are looking for a

Quantitative Research Director

to lead the design and execution of strategic client engagements. This role blends analytical rigor with consultative storytelling, ensuring insights translate into business impact.

Key Responsibilities: Lead the design, execution, and delivery of complex quantitative research projects. Develop screeners, questionnaires, and analytical plans using both traditional and advanced techniques (segmentation, conjoint, etc.). Oversee all phases of project executionfrom survey design through data processing and reportingensuring quality and timeliness. Present insights with a strong narrative focus; deliver results in a clear, engaging, and strategic manner. Guide and mentor junior team members, fostering development and excellence. Build and maintain strong client relationships through proactive communication and strategic consultation. Contribute to proposals, new business efforts, and thought leadership initiatives.

Qualifications: 7+ years of experience in marketing research or consumer insights, with at least 4 years on the supplier/agency side. Proven success managing large-scale custom quant projects independently. Skilled in data analysis, visualization, and storytelling Strong written and verbal communication skills with a consultative, client-centric mindset. Bachelors or Masters degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
