quantitative data analyst
who loves getting hands-on with messy survey data; cleaning, structuring, and uncovering meaningful insights that shape smarter storytelling. Why this role is unique:
You’ll start hands-on with tactical quant work but grow into shaping how human + AI-powered insights come to life in an automated reporting environment. In the near term Manage and clean raw survey datasets (Excel, SPSS, etc.) Build data maps, recodes, and variables; ensure data accuracy and vendor accountability Create crosstabs and foundational analyses for client deliverables Translate cleaned data into clear, usable findings and visuals In the potential longer term Embed with the development team to contribute to automated reporting logic Explore creative, out-of-the-box segmentation and AI-driven analytics Help bridge traditional quant rigor with emerging GenAI methodologies You are: Fluent in quantitative survey analysis (Excel, SPSS, or R/Python/SQL welcome, but tools are secondary to curiosity and rigor) Comfortable communicating with internal teams and occasionally client-facing Analytical yet imaginative; able to question the “what ifs” in the data
