$80k$95k (Plus Productivity Bonuses) We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate
Physical Therapist
to join our clients outpatient clinic. This role offers one-on-one patient care, 40-minute visits, and a supportive team environment. Ideal for clinicians passionate about evidence-based therapy and delivering personalized care. Responsibilities Conduct patient evaluations and design individualized treatment plans. Deliver one-on-one physical therapy treatments (no techs/aides). Provide specialized therapy in areas including spine, TMJ, pelvic floor, sports, joint replacement, and post-operative rehab. Educate patients on rehabilitation, injury prevention, and wellness strategies. Document progress accurately and maintain treatment records. Collaborate with physicians and healthcare professionals to optimize patient outcomes. Preferred Qualifications Doctorate (DPT) or Masters Degree in Physical Therapy from an accredited program. State licensure (or eligibility to obtain). Strong interpersonal and communication skills. Passion for providing personalized patient care. Compensation & Benefits Base Salary:
