Company Overview
A Japanese entertainment company is seeking a talented and detail‑oriented Graphic Designer. This role is ideal for individuals passionate about visual storytelling and eager to grow their skills in both digital and print media. The successful candidate will collaborate closely with senior designers and marketing professionals to produce visually compelling, brand‑consistent materials that support broader marketing and communication strategies.
Responsibilities
Support the creation of product packaging, brochures, and various digital and print assets
Ensure brand consistency by adhering to established design guidelines and templates
Translate creative briefs into engaging visual content in collaboration with the marketing team
Utilize Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) to develop and edit images, layouts, and mockups
Partner with marketing and e‑commerce teams to design attractive merchandise items
Provide design support for product development initiatives
Assist in managing and organizing design assets, image libraries, and project files
Ensure all graphic and merchandise designs meet defined quality standards
Stay informed on current design trends, best practices, and emerging tools
Qualifications
Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Arts, or a related field (or equivalent professional experience)
3–5 years of design experience, including internships or freelance work
Strong design portfolio demonstrating creativity and technical proficiency
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign)
Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles
Basic knowledge of digital platforms and file formats
Preferred Qualifications
Experience with Google Suite and Microsoft Office
Exposure to motion graphics, video editing, or web design is a plus
Base Salary USD 55,000–65,000 (DOE) + year‑end bonus (TBD)
