Requirements
Must have:
Previous experience at a Managed Service Provider (MSP) is highly preferred.
A minimum of 3 years of experience in Tier 3 or Server Administration.
Strong expertise in Azure, AVD, Office 365, and cloud environments.
Proficiency in Windows Server (installation, administration, troubleshooting, security, and capacity planning).
Solid understanding of networking technologies, including VPN, DNS/DHCP, Firewalls, Layer 2/3 switching, and network monitoring.
Experience with VMware or Hyper‑V virtualization.
Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast‑paced setting.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills with a strong attention to detail.
An Associate or Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, IT, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
Relevant certifications (e.g., Microsoft, VMware, CompTIA) are a plus.
Responsibilities:
I will provide advanced support and troubleshooting for client systems, including servers, workstations, networking, and cloud solutions.
I will lead cloud migration initiatives, Azure/AVD deployments, and Office 365 implementations as necessary.
I will manage and oversee Windows Server, Active Directory, Exchange, SharePoint, and OneDrive.
I will configure and maintain networking technologies such as VPNs, DNS/DHCP, firewalls (SonicWALL), and switches.
I will collaborate with the support team to resolve escalated tickets and ensure prompt resolutions.
I will uphold strong client communication, delivering a high standard of professionalism and customer service.
I will document processes, solutions, and technical procedures for internal knowledge sharing.

I am looking for a highly proficient Tier 3 Support Engineer with prior MSP experience to become part of our dynamic team. This senior position will demand you to provide the utmost level of technical expertise, acting as an escalation point for complex hardware, software, and network issues on‑site. Strong analytical and communication skills are essential, as maintaining a professional demeanor is critical. The role may involve limited on‑call support responsibilities. Our compensation for this full‑time position ranges from $38.25 to $44 per hour based on experience.
