The Marketing Officer brings energy, creativity and a proactive mindset to support EPNE’s B2B marketing activity, promote our training offer to employers and engage virtual learners. Working closely with Business Development, Training and Curriculum teams, you will create high‑quality, audience‑focused content, manage digital assets and deliver multi‑channel campaigns that drive recruitment and income generation. Key Responsibilities

Own and manage specific content on EPNE websites, ensuring accuracy, consistency and improved user journeys for all audiences. Support the digital transformation project by developing engaging, SEO‑optimised web content and improving data capture across digital platforms. Plan, develop and deliver targeted B2B marketing campaigns to promote EPNE’s training offer to employers. Create high‑quality, audience‑focused content for employer and virtual learner audiences across web, social media, email, brochures and press, aligning with brand tone and key messages. Collaborate with internal teams to align marketing activity with employer needs, business goals and learner recruitment targets. Track and report on campaign performance using analytics tools and CRM data to evaluate effectiveness and demonstrate return on investment. Qualifications & Experience

Undergraduate degree in a related discipline or relevant experience. Essential Skills & Experience

Recent experience of marketing strategies tailored to engaging business audiences and/or virtual learners, including lead generation. Ability to work cross‑functionally across complex organisations. Excellent writing, editing and content development experience for professional marketing. Experience managing SEO, social media and digital marketing campaigns. Desirable Skills & Experience

Experience in a B2B marketing role. Project management experience. Experience working in the education sector. Benefits
