About the Role Our award‑winning Marketing and Communications team drives student recruitment and enhances the group’s reputation.
As Marketing Lead you will plan, coordinate and deliver marketing campaigns that drive student recruitment and engagement, while managing the college’s digital platforms and collaborating with internal and external partners.
Role Responsibilities
Develop innovative, measurable campaigns that maximise reach and maximise conversion of leads into enrolled students.
Work with the Marketing and Engagement leadership team to establish marketing KPIs, including customer acquisition, marketing ROI and lead conversion rates.
Lead the EPNE website replacement project, coordinating stakeholders, agencies and reporting to senior leads.
Champion EPNE’s brand message and manage its implementation across the college group.
Manage content on EPNE’s websites and social channels, continually improving and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders.
Qualifications
Undergraduate degree in a related discipline or relevant experience in Marketing & Communications.
Essential Skills & Experience
Planning, delivering and evaluating multi‑channel marketing campaigns.
Use of social media/CRM tools for publishing.
Application of SEO.
Planning and executing content and creative projects.
Managing people and their performance.
Content management of websites.
Desirable Skills
Experience leading or working on a corporate website replacement project.
