Overview Director of Sales at Lennar – lead the sales organization, set division and community goals, and drive performance across all New Home Consultants.

Responsibilities

Communicate daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly with New Home Consultants on sales production demands, goal setting, product knowledge, and corporate initiatives.

Prepare and analyze sales numbers and metrics each month, quarter, and year and provide recommendations to the Division President.

Set up and conduct sales meetings, phone banks, and on‑campus visits to community homes.

Enforce company policies, resolve miscellaneous problems, and maintain mortgage status information for all sales in assigned area.

Develop and execute Realtor programs and special events to promote communities.

Mentor New Home Consultants, coaching performance to meet business targets and conduct performance appraisals.

Work closely with Marketing to adjust market strategies and with the Closing department and other stakeholders to resolve all closing issues.

Represent the company in community events and be on call 7 days a week via cell phone or email for the sales team.

Requirements

High School diploma or GED (minimum).

Minimum 5 years of proven experience in New Home Sales and/or commission real‑estate sales.

Minimum 2 years of managerial experience.

Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational and interpersonal skills.

Proficient in advanced Word, Excel, and email; resourceful and motivated.

Valid driver’s license, good driving record, and valid Auto Insurance coverage.

Real Estate license required.

Must be able to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations.
