Communicate with New Home Consultants on sales production demands, goal setting, product knowledge, and corporate items (daily, weekly, monthly, quarterly). Disseminate sales, marketing and product information to New Home Consultants. Prepare monthly, quarterly, and yearly sales numbers; monitor sales activity and make recommendations to the Division President. Set up and conduct sales meetings and phone banks as needed. Enforce company policies and upper management directives; resolve miscellaneous problems. Be knowledgeable of mortgage status for all sales in the assigned area. Visit each community weekly. Develop and execute Realtor Programs (if needed). Assist in organizing and supervising special events to promote communities and company events. Collaborate with the sales team to ensure open communication, foster proactive issue resolution, and maintain a strong commitment to selling a quality product. On call seven days a week via cell phone or email for the sales team. Address customer problems and concerns with New Home Consultants; aid in solving sales and closing issues among all parties (Closing department, New Home Consultant, Field associates, Customers, Homeowners, etc.). Mentor New Home Consultants with leadership, ongoing development, and coaching to meet business targets. Conduct and contribute to monthly/quarterly/annual performance appraisals. Manage staff effectively by ensuring appropriate staffing in Welcome Home Centers and providing evaluations/feedback. Collaborate with Marketing to adjust market strategies to remain competitive. Review market analysis to determine customer needs and price schedules. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications
Minimum High School diploma or GED required. Minimum 5 years proven experience in New Home Sales and/or commission real estate sales. Minimum 2 years in a managerial role. Excellent verbal and written communication, organizational, and interpersonal skills. Ability to meet deadlines, manage confrontational situations professionally, and maintain objectivity with homeowners and associates. Excellent computer skills including Word, Excel, and Lotus Notes (email). Resourcefulness, patience, clarity, and strong management and motivational skills. Valid driver’s license and good driving record; valid auto insurance. Real estate license required. Ability to prepare written documentation and complete contract calculations. Life at Lennar
