Full Time / Hybrid (2 days in office, but can be full remote for the right candidate) About the Role

As a Senior Wealth Planner, you will serve as the lead strategist on sophisticated engagements requiring multi-disciplinary expertise. You will partner directly with clients and advisors to design and implement advanced planning strategies tailored to wealth transfer, estate preservation, philanthropy, and liquidity events. Your heavier tax expertise will be essential in evaluating complex structures and ensuring strategies are both technically sound and client-focused. What You Will Do

Lead complex planning engagements for high and ultra-high-net-worth clients Apply advanced tax knowledge to estate, succession, and philanthropic strategies Collaborate with advisors and internal teams to deliver cohesive, tax-integrated solutions Join client meetings as a subject matter expert and provide clear, actionable advice Mentor junior planners and contribute to firmwide planning best practices What You Will Need

8+ years of progressive experience in Finance and Accounting CPA and CFP required Experience with high and ultra-high-net-worth clients ($10M–$50M+) Deep technical knowledge in estate planning, tax law, trusts, and family governance Strong communication, client-facing presence, and ability to simplify complex strategies Tools: Proficiency with eMoney, MoneyGuidePro, and CRM systems (Salesforce preferred) Why Join
