Vice President of Operations

to build and lead the structure that will scale our global payouts platform. This role oversees customer operations, onboarding, vendor management, and execution, with a mandate to protect SLAs and client trust as volume increases. The ideal candidate brings

10+ years in operations leadership , experience scaling high-volume service or fintech environments, and a track record of building strong teams and processes. This is a high-impact, on-site leadership role in

complex, high-volume global disbursements

to contractors, sellers, and affiliates. Our platform combines payout orchestration with compliance, onboarding/KYC, and tax reporting, enabling enterprises to pay their networks reliably and at scale. We’re entering our next stage of growth and looking for a proven operator to help us get there.

The Opportunity We’re hiring a

VP of Operations

to lead the people and processes that support our global payout platform. This is a hands‑on leadership role responsible for building structure, cadence, and scalability into our operations while ensuring exceptional client service.

What You’ll Do

Lead customer operations, onboarding, vendor management, and day‑to‑day execution.

Establish operating cadence (SOPs, OKRs/KPIs, WBR/MBR) that scales with growth.

Protect SLAs and customer satisfaction as volume increases.

Reduce defects and cycle time; improve cost‑to‑serve.

Partner with Product and Engineering on priorities while owning operations execution.

Hire, coach, and develop high‑performing managers and teams.

Drive continuous improvement and operational excellence.

What We’re Looking For

10+ years of

operations leadership , with experience scaling early/growth‑stage companies.

Background in

payments, fintech, or high‑volume B2B services

strongly preferred.

Demonstrated ability to design and run operating cadences (dashboards, SOPs, KPIs).

Experience leading customer operations/service delivery with measurable SLA and NPS improvements.

Proven record of hiring and developing teams; strong people leadership.

Comfortable operating in a dynamic environment where priorities shift with growth.

Process‑driven mindset with the ability to execute under pressure.
