Qualifications

Minimum 12 years overall software/CRM experience with at least 7-10 years directly working on Salesforce ecosystems including Sales Cloud, Marketing Cloud, Service Cloud, and Data Cloud.

Proven hands-on experience architecting complex, multi-cloud Salesforce implementations and integrations.

Strong proficiency in Salesforce data modeling, security model (roles, profiles, sharing rules, permission sets), and declarative automation tools (Flow, Process Builder).

Deep knowledge of Salesforce APIs, Apex programming, SOQL, Lightning Web Components (LWC), and AppExchange solutions.

Expertise with Salesforce integration tools and platforms such as MuleSoft, external APIs, OAuth, and event-driven architectures.

Understanding of Salesforce governor limits and optimization strategies to build scalable, performant solutions.

Experience with Salesforce DevOps tools, CI/CD pipelines, and release management best practices.

Ability to handle data migration, data governance, and maintain compliance with data privacy regulations as needed.

Familiarity with AppExchange marketplace for third‑party solutions and the ability to evaluate and leverage these in solution designs.

Functional & Leadership Skills

Ability to translate complex business requirements into scalable, secure Salesforce architectures.

Lead solution design workshops, create process flows, user stories, architecture diagrams, and comprehensive documentation.

Collaborate cross‑functionally with business stakeholders, product owners, developers, admins, and external vendors.

Provide technical leadership and governance ensuring architectural consistency, standards, and best practices.

Certification & Other Skills

Salesforce Certified Application Architect and/or System Architect certifications strongly preferred.

Additional certifications like Salesforce Marketing Cloud Consultant, Platform Developer II, or Technical Architect (CTA) are a plus.

Strong analytical, communication, and leadership skills with ability to influence at all organizational levels.

Prior working experience with Digital Media Space is preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities

Requirement Analysis - Understand business requirements from business users.

Impact Analysis of any new requirements on existing system; System Designing – Understand the requirement and design a versatile high‑concurrency system for business needs. Also, evaluate the different solutions available to determine the best suited one. Hands‑on coding for new requirement.

Provide code reviews to make sure newly written code follows the standard.

Build the system following all standards and guidelines. Take care of the release plan.

Co‑ordinate with all the parties involved to make sure the system is fully filling the business needs.

Documentation of all processes followed to ensure smooth project flow.
