Base pay range
$90,000.00/yr - $115,000.00/yr Remote Long-term Contract $45-55/hr.
depending on experience In this role, you’ll play a key part in designing, developing, and deploying custom Salesforce solutions within a large-scale enterprise environment. As a member of a collaborative team of Salesforce professionals, you’ll report to the Solution Architect and work closely with Product Owners, Delivery Managers, and business stakeholders across the organization. Your focus will be on building and maintaining robust, scalable solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flow, and other Salesforce technologies to support complex business processes and drive strategic initiatives. Required Qualifications: 4+ years of experience in Salesforce Development, working extensively in Apex, LWC, and SOQL. Experience with integrations (REST/SOAP APIs). Proven ability to implement Salesforce declarative tools (e.g., Flow, Validation Rules, Formula Fields). Deep understanding of the Salesforce data model and security model. Experience working with managed packages and AppExchange tools. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Management Information Systems, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related field. Advanced Apex Specialist and/or Lightning Web Components Specialist Superbadges. Experience working in a SDLC and exposure to a DevOps process. A trailhead profile with demonstrated training and learning experience. Responsibilities: Design, build, and maintain Salesforce solutions using Apex, Lightning Web Components (LWC), Flows, and SOQL to support enterprise-scale business processes. Develop and enhance custom functionality within managed packages (e.g., Inspire Planner) and Salesforce Experience Cloud to deliver personalized user experiences. Implement complex integrations with external systems (including identity management and API/web service integrations) through Apex callouts and data modeling. Modify and optimize declarative processes such as Salesforce Flows, approval processes, and validation rules to align with evolving business needs. Support hotel openings and transition workflows by enhancing custom asynchronous Apex jobs and Experience Cloud screens tied to a complex data model. Troubleshoot, debug, and optimize Apex code and LWCs to ensure scalability, reliability, and maintainability. Collaborate with Solution Architects, Delivery Managers, and stakeholders to translate requirements into scalable technical designs and high-quality deliverables. Contribute to Salesforce release management and DevOps processes, ensuring code quality and adherence to SDLC best practices. What is in it for you?
