Executive Assistant to Leadership - AI Startup
Our client, an innovative AI startup, seeks a top-tier Executive Assistant to support their leadership team. This role will oversee daily administrative support for multiple executives across several departments with room to take on more! The ideal candidate has executive support experience at a hypergrowth & fast moving startup and/or tech company.
Base pay range:
$125,000.00/yr - $145,000.00/yr
Location:
Mountain View, CA (Onsite)
Compensation:
$125k - $145k base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation will vary based on skills, experience, and expertise)

Responsibilities
Oversee calendar management, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflicts
Arrange travel and prepare itineraries
Prepare presentations and meeting materials
Assist with the planning of company events, offsites, and meetings
Track and process expenses
Act as an extension of leadership & the company with professionalism & polish
Assist with various tasks and special projects, as needed
Qualifications
3+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant
Experience at a startup and/or fast-growing tech company highly preferred
Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment
Clear & concise communication style
Superb organizational skills
Adaptable nature and ability to shift priorities as needed
