Overview Our client, an innovative health tech start up, seeks a high-performing Executive Assistant/Office Manager to support their co-founder and NYC office. This role will expertly handle all of the founder's day-to-day administrative needs, ensure the smooth daily operations of the office, and champion company culture. The ideal candidate has administrative experience at a startup, consulting firm, or PR/advertising agency and thrives in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

Act as an extension of the co-founder and company with professionalism and polish

Oversee the day-to-day operations of the NYC office — greet guests, work with outside vendors, manage inventory, order catering, etc.

Be the "go-to" person for employees, assist with new hire onboarding, and set up workspaces

Prioritize the founder's time, manage calendar, organize meetings, and address scheduling conflicts

Plan company and office events, offsites, and meetings

Coordinate travel and prepare itineraries

Manage email inbox and respond to internal and external communications with urgency and professionalism

Prepare presentations and meeting materials

Track and process expenses and invoices

Assist with various tasks and projects as needed

Essentials / Qualifications

2+ years of experience as an Executive Assistant and/or Office Manager

Experience in an administrative role at a startup, consulting firm, or PR/advertising agency is highly preferred

Self-starter with the ability to thrive in a high-growth environment

Passion for company culture and employee experience

Clear and concise communication

Superior organizational skills

Adaptable and able to shift priorities as needed

Tech-savvy (Google, Microsoft Office, Slack)

Compensation $90,000.00/yr - $120,000.00/yr base salary + equity + benefits (exact compensation varies by skills, experience, and expertise)
