Overview

The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships. The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development. The ASM must live in or near San Francisco, CA or be willing to relocate. Responsibilities

Forecast retail sales objectives by vehicle line. Ensure dealer orders meet market demand and manage monthly vehicle scheduling. Ensure maximum production capability within the area. Review minimum sales responsibility (MSR) and provide consultation on improvement opportunities, review dealer financial statements, and consult with dealers on areas to improve retail operations. Ensure advertising and marketing initiatives align with the corporate message and branding guidelines and maintain sales satisfaction at all dealerships. Motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals. Basic Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree. 2+ years of sales or marketing experience. Lives in or near San Francisco, CA or is willing to relocate for the position. Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment. Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications. Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment. Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment. Excel in building positive working relationships. Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement. Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals. Salary

$80,000 to $122,800, pay will depend on several factors including experience and location of the position. Benefits
