Overview The Area Sales Manager (ASM) is a revenue-generating sales position working with a group of Chrysler, Jeep, Dodge, Ram and FIAT dealerships. The ASM will serve as a liaison between the dealers and Stellantis to assist in all areas of retail development including forecasting retail sales objectives by vehicle line ensuring the dealer orders meet market demand and managing monthly vehicle scheduling to ensure maximum production capability within the area.

Responsibilities Additional responsibilities will include:

Reviewing minimum sales responsibility (MSR)

Providing consultation on improvement opportunities, review and analysis of dealer financial statements

Consult with dealers on areas of opportunity to improve their retail operations

In addition, this role will ensure that advertising and marketing initiatives are consistent with the corporate message and branding guidelines, as well as ensuring proper levels of sales satisfaction are present at all dealerships. The Area Sales Manager will motivate and lead independent entrepreneurs to higher levels of performance while meeting internal goals.

Basic Qualifications

Bachelor's degree

2+ year of sales or marketing experience

Lives in or near Wisconsin Outstate or is willing to relocate for position

Ability to work in a fast-paced sales environment

Skilled in Microsoft Suite applications

Preferred Qualifications

Experience in a new car automotive dealership environment

Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced work environment

Excel in building positive working relationships

Entrepreneurial individual with a history of leadership and achievement

Self-motivated with demonstrated ability to achieve goals

Salary Salary : $80,000 to $122,800; pay will depend on several factors including experience and location of position.
