Litigation Paralegal – Project Manager / Legal Recruiter
Adams & Martin Group is seeking a detail‑oriented Litigation Paralegal to support a growing defense team on complex, high‑impact matters. This role offers a collaborative environment that values initiative, precision, and teamwork.
Location & Compensation San Francisco, CA (Hybrid) | $85,000 – $115,000 + full benefits package
Key Responsibilities
Prepare, draft, and edit litigation documents, pleadings, and discovery responses.
Conduct factual investigations, legal research, and cite checking.
Manage eDiscovery databases (Relativity, Summation, Concordance, CaseMap, etc.).
Organize and maintain case files, calendars, and deadlines.
Prepare deposition and trial exhibits; assist with trial prep and courtroom logistics.
Coordinate with clients, experts, and vendors.
File and serve legal documents (both electronic and hard copy).
Qualifications
5+ years of complex litigation paralegal experience (defense preferred).
Paralegal Certificate or attestation required.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office and legal database tools (Relativity, Summation, CaseMap).
Strong understanding of pleadings, motions, and discovery processes.
Exceptional attention to detail and time management.
Ability to work both independently and collaboratively in a deadline‑driven environment.
Willingness to work occasional evenings/weekends as needed.
