We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented
Litigation Paralegal
with
5–7 years of experience
to join our litigation team. The ideal candidate is highly organized, proactive, and comfortable managing complex litigation matters from inception through trial or settlement. You will work closely with attorneys on all aspects of case management, discovery, filings, and trial preparation Key Responsibilities
Draft and manage legal documents including pleadings, subpoenas, discovery requests/responses, and motions. Organize, analyze, and maintain case files and databases. Assist with document review and production, including eDiscovery. Coordinate and manage deadlines for court filings and discovery obligations. Prepare trial binders, exhibits, and assist with trial logistics. Conduct factual and legal research as needed. Liaise with clients, courts, and outside vendors. Calendar management for hearings, depositions, and other litigation events. Qualifications
5–7 years of experience as a litigation paralegal in a law firm. Strong knowledge of state and federal court rules and procedures. Proficiency in legal research tools and litigation support software (e.g., Relativity, Concordance, CaseMap, Trial Director). Excellent writing, communication, and organizational skills. Ability to manage multiple priorities under tight deadlines. Bachelor's degree and/or Paralegal Certificate from an ABA-approved program required. Preferred Experience
Prior trial or arbitration support experience a strong plus. Seniority level
